Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. After a color consultation where I was promised a follow-up and price quote within 2 days, I heard nothing for a full week. When I finally reached out to check in, I received a short, dismissive text and zero follow-through on the pricing or options we discussed. To be ignored after taking the time for a consultation is frustrating and disrespectful. I expected much better customer service.
